Join Club friends in bi-weekly sessions of this ancient Chinese tile game.

The Needlework group meets monthly for lunch, conversation and needlework — knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, embroidery and anything in between. Conversation flows freely from crafts, to the latest books, films or plays, to the headlines in the newspaper. All are welcome from the beginner to the very experienced.

Tai Chi
Members practice Golden Breath tai chi, which combines breath control with movement to improve flexibility, balance and muscle strength, and promote cardiovascular and joint health.
