The Cosmopolitan Club is a well-known venue in Philadelphia for the exhibition of works by local artists. The Club's beautiful Art Deco interiors provide ample wall space for hanging paintings in the Salon and Dining Room, and four vitrines are used for the display of smaller craft items and jewelry. The exhibitions change seven times a year and can feature paintings, sculpture, photography, works on paper, fabric works and professionally finished crafts such as pottery, jewelry and clothing. Four artists are chosen for each exhibition.
Wide-ranging Art Exhibitions change seven times a year. The Opening Receptions, which include complimentary refreshments, are open to guests of the artists, members and their guests.
The second show of the season will start on Monday, October 23 through December 8, 2017
You are invited to enjoy our second Artists’ Opening Reception of the season on Friday, October 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
